My library card is expired. How am I able to renew it?

Answer

Please visit one of our locations with your photo ID and proof of your current address to have your library card renewed.

If you cannot or prefer not to enter our buildings, please contact your nearest branch to schedule an appointment for a curbside renewal. You may also book an appointment online. Staff will come out to your vehicle to verify your photo ID and proof of address to renew your library card.

  1. Hi, I'd prefer to renew my library card online, however the "book an appointment online" link above routes it to scheduling a curb side pick up. Can you please help/advise? Thanks

  2. Hi! Unfortunately, library cards cannot be renewed online. The "book an appointment" link leads to our Curbside service page where you can book an appointment to stop by one of our branches so we can renew your card from your vehicle window.
