You can sign up for an eCard online if you are a Douglas County resident. This will allow you to access eBooks and online resources, but will not allow you to check out physical materials. Complete the library's eCard application, providing proof of address, and if approved you will immediately receive your eCard number and may then use OPL's online resources and eBooks.
If you would like to borrow physical material, you'll need to visit a branch in person with photo ID and proof of address to sign up for a regular library card.
