I had a number of books on "my list". Why is my list empty after your recent systems changes?

Is there a way to recover this information and put it back on "my list"? I did not have this info backed up and am concerned that it is now lost.

Sorry you lost your list!  We tried to make sure everyone knew that any items on the "My List" feature  needed to be saved to a usb drive or in an email when we publicized the move to our new system.   We also had signs and handouts in our branches and tried to make sure our staff notified patrons about the changes.  Sadly we must have missed you. 

The bad news is there's no way to recover those lists.  The good news is that there is still a list feature in the new system which lets you do more things than the old system.  Just click on "Add to my Cart" when looking at any item record and then "Add to List".  The system lets you create and edit lists on the fly.  

There is also a new feature. You can choose to have our system remember what you have already checked out, which is what many people used their lists for in the first place.  Simply log into your account and click on the "My Checkout History" button and then the "Opt In" button.
