Why can't I order a book from opl on my iPad. It just keeps saying loading with no results!!!!
Thanks for asking! I'm sorry the service isn't working as expected - I'll have a couple of questions for you to help us troubleshoot through the problem.
1. Are you using the MyOPL app. looking for an ebook through the Overdrive Media Console app, or looking at our website using Safari?
2. When does the 'loading' screen appear - when you first open up the app, when you try to search for the book, or when you've got the book and you go to place a hold on it?
