How do I get my ebook?
Unfortunately our eBook vendor, Overdrive, doesn't keep track of when you replace your card. To them, both numbers are simply two different accounts. I'm sorry that you lost the opportunity to download your book.
If you need to replace your card in the future and know you have eBooks for which you are waiting, please let our staff know. We can contact Overdrive and to see if they can switch anything you have to the new card number. Unfortunately in this particular instance you'll have to add the book to your cart once again for your 'new' account.
