Q

My phone number on file is not current AND...

My phone number has changed from what's on my profile page. Can I do this via email? Also I've requested a book and the page says they will call me. In the past I've been notified by email. Why the change? Would prefer email. Thank you.

In order to update your phone number, you will need to stop by or call one of our 12 locations.  Be sure you have your library card with you as you will need the barcode number on the back of the card.  If you wish to make this change over the phone, you will also need your PIN.

If we have your email address in your record, generally you will receive notices via email.  From time to time this does not work, in which case you will recieve a phone call.  If you are not receiving email alerts, please let one of our staff know and we can check your account for you.
