How can I update or provide my contact information for the library?
You can update your email address online, or at any of our 12 locations. Address and phone numbers must be updated in person.
To update your email address online you will need your barcode from the back of your library card, and your PIN. If you don't have your PIN, visit your closest branch and ask for help at the circulation desk!
If you have your PIN, go to our website at http://www.omahalibrary.org and click on the link to My Account, down at the bottom of the screen in the far right corner (in the blue section, under the heading My Library.) You will also see a link that says "Your Account" if you are searching the catalog. Either link will get you there!
Enter your barcode and PIN, and then follow the link to your Profile. Enter your correct email address and click on Update!
