If you have an Omaha Public Library card, you should be able to access this article from April 23, 1971 when Dippy's Delicatessen opened at 8456 Center St. That location was previously occupied by Antone's Ice Cream Parlor, and briefly by a Dippy's Donuts owned by the same family. It may be a little later than expected, but a kosher deli at the correct address feels like a pretty likely match to me.
