Why is website not accepting library card number?

I have 2 cards for 2 grandchildren. One works just fine. Other one I am trying to change PIN. I put in the number and get an email. When I click on the link it is not the correct card number.

I'm sorry for the trouble! The link for the PIN reset function on our primary catalog is broken; we've been trying to get it fixed for a while now, but it continues to be a problem. Please try this link and use the "Forgot PIN?" option there. If you're still unable to complete the PIN reset and access the account, give us a call tomorrow at 402.444.4800 and we'll get the rest sorted out.
