why is book due when there are no holds
I suspect someone in the system might have had that record open at the moment you tried to renew. Looking you up by your email--it looks like the item is not due until 5/22, so you probably want to wait a little longer to renew it, since it will extend the time for only 2 weeks from the actual date you renew it (rather than the original due date). Try again a few days before the due date, and if you encounter a problem again, just call us at 402-444-4801, and we will be happy to renew it for you.
