are you replacing CD recorded books for books you need to download? I cannot find any of the newer books in audio book form.

Thanks for your question! Downloadable audiobooks are a growing part of our collection but we're definitely still purchasing audiobooks on CD. They remain one of our most popular collections. If you'd like to browse through our new audiobook titles there's a section of our catalog that displays new materials. Or try a keyword search for 'new audiobooks', it's one of those features that I'm always amazed works as well as it does.

That said, if you're searching audiobooks for specific titles or authors, there are a couple things that might affect your search - new audiobooks will often lag behind their print versions by several months, at least through the audiobook vendors that we use. And items on the razor's edge of our collection - where purchase orders have just been placed - often don't display their format correctly, so a new audiobook might be listed as just 'Book' until we can start to fill in more information.

And always feel free to contact us here or call 402-444-4800 with questions or if you're looking to request a particular title and having trouble finding it. Thanks again.
