Comment: biblio_compliment - I had a small fine on my account and my sons which I was able to pay online. That was the best highlight of my day as I thought I had to go into the library location to pay that. Great idea! Makes a life of a busy mom so convenient!

Thank you! It's great to hear folks' feedback on new features, and I'm glad that the online payment option has made your life a little simpler. I'm putting it to good use myself - I always tell people not to be embarrassed about their library fines, but I don't mind not having to look my coworkers in the eye when I pay off $10-15 in overdue books. 

The online payment system should be one of the simplest and most reliable ways to settle up a fee with us, but if it's ever not working as expected feel free to call 402.444.4800 or your neighborhood library. We can also take credit card payments over the phone to save you an extra trip.
