I can not renew online. I will call the phone number to renew, I need a few more days to get through this book.
I received a courtesy email that a book I have is almost due. It included a link to renew the book online. I tried several times the last 2 days. When I follow the link and go to my checked out book, I click on the book title and click on Renew. I get a message "! On Hold" So, I can not renew online. I will call the phone number to renew, I need a few more days to get through this book.
