Q

I applied for a Library card online. Will this be mailed to me or do I need to pick it up at the branch?

Answer

Your library card will be mailed to  you. However, before you can log in, your card will need to be validated.  In order to do this, you need to visit your local library branch and show a picture ID with your current address. If your picture ID doesn't have your current address on it, you will also need to bring another document that has it such as a utility bill. This item must be dated within the last thirty days.

All of our locations will be able to validate your card and set-up your pin number in less than 5 minutes with a current ID.
