Answer

Hi!  We don't currently offer in person classes on Windows 8.  I don't think we'll offer them in the near future as our computers have Windows 7.  That said, we do have an online resource called Learn4Life which provides access to online courses, including one called "Introduction to Windows 8:"

The easiest way to access the course is by going to omahalibrary.org and clicking on "Resource Center."  Under Category, choose "Career & College Planning" and you'll see Learn4Life on the list of databases.  To access Learn4Life at home, you'll need your library barcode and a 4 digit PIN number.

We also have quite a few books on Windows 8 available for check out:

Let us know if I can help you access any of these resources, or if we can assist you further.

Thanks!
