books have been erroneously charged to my account

There are three books charged to my account. I did not check them out. I have never seen these books. I know nothing about them. A librarian at the Abrahams branch told me they had been checked out downtown. I've never been to that library. I need your help to get this corrected.

Is it possible that someone else has been using your card? Please call the circulation department at the Main Library, 402-444-4809--they will find you a solution!
