• Your PIN
• Title of the book
• What eReader you use (Kindle, Nook, Sony Reader, etc.)
• Your Operating System (Windows 8, Windows 7, Mac OS X, etc.)
• Your Browser and Browser Version Number (Internet Explorer 9.0, Firefox 17, Chrome, etc.)
• Have you successfully downloaded a title before? If so, has anything changed on your system since then?
