This is something that we could probably obtain for you via interlibrary loan--in other words, we borrow it from another library system somewhere in the United States (I took a quick look and it appears that there are a couple of universities that probably lend it). You would have to pay the postage one way (usually in the $3 range, but obviously it would depend on the size of the book).
