I do not get emails when my holds come in.E Mail email@example.com you.
That e-mail is apparently not in our system--so it is probably not the one listed in your account. You can change or add an e-mail in your account online, if you have a computer--just log in with your card number and PIN at https://omaha.bibliocommons.com/user/login, which should take you directly to your settings. If you are unable to do this online, you can go to any OPL branch and add it (you will have to show photo ID).
