Do you accept personal collections of genealogical information?

I live in Columbus, OH and corresponded and shared genealogical info for several years with a 3rd cousin in Omaha. He passed away in 2008. His brother, who is not particularly interested in Genealogy, has a file cabinet stuffed with material that needs to be organized. Do you have volunteers who could organize the material and make it available to the public? I don't know if this man is willing to donate the material, but if you could take it, i will ask him. Or is there a genealogical society in Omaha that would like to have the material? Thank you, David Ryder

It does seem a shame!  Unfortunately, we do not have the manpower (or womanpower) for a project of this sort, but I am forwarding your question and e-mail address to a volunteer from the Greater Omaha Genealogical Society--they may be able to help you. Thanks for asking!
