My father wants to join but is disabled and doesn't get around well, can I come in and do it for him? And would I be able to pick up books for him?

Your father would need to be present the first time in order to get the library card, and then he could place requests online for you to pick up.   However, another option would be to set up home delivery of materials for him.  He can contact the circulation desk at the W. Dale Clark (Main) Library to set up home delivery.  The number for circulation is 402-444-4809.
