I wasn't able to get my book and now it's not downloading, what do I do?

I just tried to download it and it says I already have it checked out or am waiting for it.

Can you please provide your library card number, PIN, title of eBook, specific error messages (if applicable), what format of eBook you were trying to checkout/download, type of device you were trying to put eBook on.  Thank you!
