We aren't being notified by phone when our books are in & I'm having to pay a fee. Is there a problem with the automated caller?

Answer

As far as we can tell our automated calling system is working fine.  Perhaps there is something wrong with the settings in your library account.  Please call our Circulation Department at 444-4809 in order to fiind out.
