When trying to log in to my account, I receive the following message: "We're sorry, but the specified library patron account information is not

When trying to log in to my account, I receive the following message: "We're sorry, but the specified library patron account information is not valid. Details: (0) Your record is blocked (MBLOCK field = "a")." How do I resolve this issue?

Answer

"A" means there is an Action Needed block on your account. To resolve the block, call 402-444-4806 and they can tell you what is needed.
