was notified in my e-mail that my book which I ordered for my e-reader is now available but it doesn'st show up on my hold requests? what should I do

my book which is now available does not show up by my hold requests

Please provide us with the following information to help you.

- library Card Number

- PIN or last name (if applicable)

- Title and format of problem media

- Operating System (Windows Vista, Windows XP, Mac OS X, etc.)

- Browser and Version Number (IE 7.x, Firefox 3.x, etc.)

- Device you are using

- Text and/or screen shot of any error messages
