When I tried to freeze my request for 2 new books on order by the library they were deleted instead of frozen so I lost my place in line. Why did th

s happen?

Answer

When you are suspending an item on MYOPL the item will be moved to a separate category call suspended.  Please check to see if your item is in the suspended category.

Clicking cancel will remove an item from your holds, but you will get a warning you are about to cancel if you click on the cancel button.

What is your library card number and the title of the book you had on hold?  I will check your account.
