Q

What happened to Consumer Reports access? I just used it last week, but can't find it now. My library card has not expired.

Answer

To find Consumer Reports, try this:

Go to omahalibrary.org

Click on "Resource Center" (located on the blue bar across the top of the screen).

Under "Category", select "Consumer Information".

A list will appear under the Databases heading.

Consumer Reports is the third one listed.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing problems.

Thanks!

  1. Are these instructions out of date? I am unable to find Consumers Reports online. I have viewed it through OPL before, bt the site looks different every time I'm on it.

  2. Hi there!

ConsumerReports.org will be the third one listed under the Consumer Information Category. Or, you can access it via this link: http://0-search.ebscohost.com.discover.omahalibrary.org/login.aspx?authtype=ip,url&profile=crcro

    Thanks!
