Q

Is there a way for someone to contact a person when a class has been cancelled? The email address is known as a confirmation is sent on class thatha

been signed up for. I have wasted time and gas going to a class to find out it has been cancelled. Thanks

I'm sorry you weren't notiifed!  It's rare that we would have to cancel a class, unless the presenter or library staff member is unable to make it.  Sometimes when that's the case, the branch itself might know until right before the class begins that there's an issue.   Normally if we have the time we do make the effort to let those signed up know if something changes.

Once again, I apologize.  The next time you are at your branch, please let the staff there know as well about your issue, as they are the ones who should be contacting you.  Thanks for letting us know about the problem.

Sincerely,
