Q

What about books I read before? Can I add them to my checkout history?

Answer

You are able to opt-in to have our system keep track of your check-out history.  That starts from the moment you opt-in.  The system has not stored any information about what you have checked out prior to that point for privacy reasons.  Lots of us really like this new feature, but we will have to rely on our memories or written lists if we have not opted in previously--anything we remember we can put on our "completed" shelf.  In September it was already possible to opt-in, and it is possible to import those books as a list into myopl.com, although the process is a bit round-a-bout.  I have found the safest way is to put those books into a list in the "Classic Catalog," and then import them into the "For Later" shelf (the import option exists in the "For Later" Shelf), and then sort them as desired.
