Q

Do you have anyone available that could obtain an obit for me? It would be for Marjorie L. Boyd. Her obit appeared in the OWH on 18 November 2008 on

age 4B of the morning edition.

Answer

Our research department will copy obituaries off our microfilm for $5 a copy--see research policy here: http://omahalibrary.org/books-and-resources/genealogy/localresearch/151. However, that time frame falls into the period covered by our Newsbank newspaper database, which you can access from home, if you have an Omaha Public Library card, at http://tinyurl.com/887gb93. Just in case you don't have an OPL card, I am e-mailing you the text of the obituary from the database.

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any further questions.
