I keep trying to renew books online but your website just locks up and I have to renew my books by phone. Renewal used to be easy but your new websit

doesn't work and takes forever when it does work.

I am sorry for your frustrations with the new website. We will take your comments in consideration as we are always working to improve our services.

In the meantime, our previous interface is still available.  From our website, click on "Catalog".  If you scroll to the very bottom of the new interface, you will find a blue bar across the bottom of the screen.  One of the options listed on that blue bar is "Classic Catalog".  If you click on "Classic Catalog" it will take you to the previous interface.  Please let us know if you have any problems accessing it.  I will pass on you comments.  Thank you for your feedback.
