My claimed return cannot be made, because I've maxed it out. What do I do now?

I recently returned a book, and I saw that it did not get cleared off of my account. I went in to make a claimed return, but the librarian said that I couldn't do that because I had maxed out my claimed returns. Most of my claimed returns have been found. I KNOW that I turned in this book, but what do I do now?

Thank you for your question. If your claimed returned items were found the items would be

cleared from your account. If not, you may only have three current Claim Return items on your

account. After that you can either pay for one of the items (the least expensive is fine) or file

an appeal. The Circulation manager can be reached at 402-444-4809 if you have any other

questions about your account.
