As I was checking out an e-book the screen said sorry but there yas an unexpected error. Did the process work? Will the e-book load?

If you go to your eAccount and look at your checked out shelf or hold request shelf, it will hopefully still be there.  If not, please provide your library card number, the exact step of the process you were in, the title and format of the eBook you were checking out, and the type of device you were going to put the eBook on.  Thank you!
