I need a copy of a book that the web site says is “in use”-not checked out. What does that mean? I need it Friday.

It is called Knuffle Bunny, a cautionary tale. Thank you.

Hello, and thanks for asking! My guess is that our youth services staff set this item to "In Use" during our Storybook Land children's program last weekend, and it has yet to be checked in so that it can circulate like it normally would. My advice would be to go ahead and place a hold on it - the item won't be checked in today since it is currently at the Saddlebrook Branch, which is closed on Mondays, but I will send an email to youth services staff to let them know that you are looking to get this book by Friday so that we can be sure to get it checked in in a timely manner. Thank you!
