I returned 2 movies, but they haven't dropped off my checked out items
Thanks for asking! I can flag them with a status we call "Claim Return", which will remove them from your account, and initiate a search for them here. It looks like you typically use the Main Library downtown; shoot an email back if you happen to have returned them to another library.
Any library customer can have up to three items at the claim return status at any given time. Once we find them and get them checked in, the corresponding note on your account will update, but nothing will look different on your end and you won't need to take any further action.
