I've had a book on hold for a while, it says it's checked in, but not ready. When will it be ready?
I originally placed "The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide" on hold to be picked up at Benson Branch, but it never became "ready", so I changed to Millard Branch (where your system said there was a copy available), and it still says "not ready". When might I be able to get this?

I checked this book in our system, and yes, there did appear to be a problem with the hold (through no fault of yours). I went ahead and cancelled it and added it back for you to be picked up at the Millard Branch. If you are wanting the book today, you can call the Millard Branch at 402-444-4848 and request they pull the hold while you wait; otherwise, you can expect to get an email notification of the hold being ready for pick-up in the next day or two.
You mentioned you initially wanted to pick it up at the Benson Branch, and if that is still the case, let me know and I can adjust that for you (it usually takes a day or two to receive).
