How do I request a book ?

Unfortunately, we don't have The Passing of the Night : My Seven Years as a Prisoner of the North Vietnamese in our system, and it doesn't look like it is still in print. 

In this case we can try to get it via interlibrary loan, where we would contact another library system and have them send it to us in the mail for you to check out.  In this case you would be responsible for the postage.

If you follow the link above, you will find details on the whole interlibrary loan procedure, as well as a link to a search where you can find the book in question and request it by filling out a short form.  Or simply come into any library branch, and our staff can request it for you.
