Answer

All branches of the library do have inexpensive earbuds/headphones for sale, and some branches provide them for in-house checkout--meaning for use inside the library.

Are you referring to the talking books for low-vision individuals provided by the Nebraska Library Commission? If so, the Commission does provide headphones, but only to indivduals in circumstances (hospitals and nursing homes) where loudspeakers may not be possible/allowed. More information here.

If you are referring to Playaways (devices preloaded with a single audiobook that plays itself without needing a separate player), they can be used with or without headphones, but they do not come with earphones provided.

I hope I have answered your question--please let me know if not!
