I can't log in. I have a user name and password. Just checked it all out with the librarian on 90th and Dodge. All seemed well. But when I try on my computer is says my password or user name are wrong.

Thank you for using AskOPL.  Sorry to hear you are having problems accessing your account.  If you are having problems with your user name, try logging in with your barcode instead.  It is also possible that your computer might be remembering your old log in information.  If that is the case, you will need to clear your old browsing data.  Doing that will be different depending on what type of computer and what type of browser you have, but the settings to do that will all be in the settings menu on the top right of your browser.  If none of these work, try going into your nearest branch and resetting your PIN again.  Then while you are there have the staff member at the desk try logging you into our catalog in their browser.  Please let us know if you need any further help.
