Thanks for asking! The library account associated with your email address is in good standing and not in need of renewal, so that's not the cause of the trouble. I would recommend that you begin by re-entering the library card number and PIN "from scratch", so to speak - I've had patrons get stuck before when their web browser's autocomplete had saved an extra space or stray keystroke in their stored login.
Did you by any chance have to replace your library card recently? Might also check to be sure that the barcode you're using to sign in is the most recent one associated with your account.
The next step after that would be to try resetting your PIN, even if you're confident you know what it is - you can try this form, which will send a PIN reset link to your email, or staff at your neighborhood library can take care of you in person with a photo ID.
