how do I fine a journal "railway Signaling & Communications vol 54 to vol 64"

I am looking for a PDF version, but would be satisfied with an inter-library loan.

Thanks for asking! Omaha Public Library has no physical holdings or subscriptions that will give us direct access to Railway Signaling and Communications, but we can certainly try to assist you through inter-library loan.

A few caveats: 1. Relatively few libraries have RSC, and it may be difficult to find a willing lender among those that do. 2. A ten-year / ten-volume ILL request is beyond our capacity to request - we tend to work more in terms of single-issue, single-article, or single microfilm reel requests, with a limit of 5 active requests per borrower.

I'd encourage you to start your search in HathiTrust, which has partially digitized and indexed the journal. For vol. 16 - 63, you can use a keyword search to find the number of hits on a particular search term, which may help you narrow your search. The journal is split into two bibliographic records in HathiTrust here and here

You can find the WorldCat record for the journal here if you're comfortable placing an inter-library loan request directly; otherwise, pick up a paper request form at your neighborhood library. It may not be a bad idea to give our inter-library loan staff a call at 402-444-4857 to get their recommendations for the best way to approach the request.
