It appears that there is more than one library account associated with your email. We would need your library barcode to check.
It is possible that you are using a previous library card number--or that you have mistyped the number--or that you have forgotten your PIN? Your PIN is a four-digit number that you chose when you got your card. You can generally retrieve that by putting in your library card number at the log-in screen, but then clicking on the "Forgot your PIN?" link. The PIN will be sent to the email in your account. If this does not work, you will have to go into any branch of the Omaha Public Library to reset it.
