I am having trouble finding where to log minutes for the summer reading program. I see where to sign up for the program and when I go to that is
I am reluctant to continue logging our time for the summer reading program
because it is becoming a huge hassle to locate and use.
Thanks for asking! The setup of our Summer Reading Program software is a little different this year, so we appreciate everyone's patience as they navigate the new system.
To log additional reading time, you can start at our main page at https://omahalibrary.org/ and click on the Summer Reading Program banner, or just go straight to the Summer Reading Program website at https://omahalibrary.beanstack.org/reader365 . From this page, and this page only, click on the teal button that says "Sign In" or, if you're on a mobile device, look for the control menu of three parallel lines near the top of your screen.
You'll sign in using the username and password that you selected when you registered for Summer Reading. This is not necessarily the same as your library account information; the two systems aren't connected this year due to changes at the companies that manage our website and Summer Reading software.
If you don't remember your password, there is a reset form available. If you don't remember your username, visit your neighborhood library or give us a call at 402-444-4800. Our staff will be happy to do what we can to help.
If you do get signed in successfully, look for a teal button that says "Log Reading and Activities." This button will bring up a form where you can input your reading time and some optional information about your reading.
