I'm looking for the second book in the Miss Julia Series by Ann B. Ross. Its title is 'Miss Julia Takes Over'. Do you have it?

Thank you for asking! It appears that Miss Julia Takes Over is not currently in the Omaha Public Library collection. The copies that we had previously owned have worn out or been lost.

Public library books have a certain lifespan, and we can't commit to maintaining complete runs of every series by every author, but right now it looks like this second book in the series is the only Miss Julia title we don't have. If our vendors have the book available and our budget will allow it, our collection development team will likely be willing to try to reorder it. Please consider suggesting the item for purchase and I'll do the same. Once they've reviewed your suggestion you'll know whether we plan to buy it or if it'll be time to look to other channels.

If we're unable to bring the book back into our collection we can certainly pursue it for you through inter-library loan. Inter-library loan service carries a cost for postage but is a good way to access older or hard-to-find titles. You can place an inter-library loan request online through the WorldCat system or pick up a paper request form at your neighborhood library.

Thanks for asking, and thanks for using AskOPL!
