Trying to reset password and not working. Please help. Thanks so much.

Thanks for your question, and I'm sorry you're having problems!

I didn't have much to go on here, but searching for the email address you left brought up two accounts.  Both were for students who were outside the Omaha/Douglas county area, but may use a card from year to year for attending an Omaha-area school.  However, both of those accounts expired back in 2012.

If you're trying to use one of those cards, that would be the reason why your password reset isn't working.  

Assuming you're now an Omaha/Douglas County resident, you may be running into a similar situation with any newer cards you have, but I can't verify that from here!  Your best bet would be to stop by your local library branch in any case, as you will have to provide proof of your identity in order for us to do any updating or your account.
