I already returned You Will Know Me, but it is showing up as checked out to me. Can you fix that, please?
Thank you for contacting us. You can either call your local branch or let us know what your library card number is and all libraries to which you could have returned the item. We can check your record to make sure the item is still checked out on your record. If so, and as you remember returning it, we can set the item status to "claimed return" which stops all action. We will then set in motion a search of all relevant library branches for the item. If the item is found, we check it in and there are no fines. If it is not found, we make a note that we looked for it but couldn't find it. The item remains in "claimed return" status with no accruing fines.
