My suggested purcahse was supposed to be added to catalogue shortly. Suggestion was made April 26, 2016

I will send your question on to our collection manager! Did you receive a response to your request on the "Suggest a Purchase" page in your library account? If the request did not go through Suggest a Purchase, it's possible the collection dept. did not receive it. It is also possible that there has been some problem in the ordering process.
