Has anyone been killed at 3130 north 47th avenue?
I researched this address in the Digital Archives of the Omaha World Herald from 1928, when a building permit was issued for it, up through the 1990s, and find no report of a murder or suicide there. The first owner was apparently George T. Lloyd, who sold it in 1932. The B.E. Peterson family owned it for some years, but put it up for sale in 1965. It was advertised for rent for quite a few years. In 1990 John Robinson sold it to Dai V. Nguyen. No report of foul play in the paper, but some things did not make the paper. If there are any neighbors there who are long-time residents, you could ask around!
Sorry not to find the smoking gun....
