I tried to open My Heritage using Firefox and got the error message so I just now tried Safari and it gave me a similar error message. It sounds like it has been hacked.

No, it has not been hacked. This is a known problem with our proxy server; our web team is working on it, but it may take a little while. I suggested using the Chrome browser in my response to your previous question, since it allows you to bypass the security warning, but if you don't have that browser downloaded, your best option is to access the database through NebraskaAccess, the Nebraska Library Commission website, if you have a Nebraska state driver's license or state ID. Go to http://nebraskaccess.ne.gov/people.asp, and click on MyHeritage. You will be asked to input your driver's license number or state ID number, then you will have full access.  You shouldn't have any problem going in that way--but let me know if you do!
