Answer

Every branch of the Omaha Public Library has a children's area that includes toys and, of course, children's books. Each branch also offers storytime for small children and their caregivers, some specifically for babies and toddlers. Locations and hours can be found here: http://omahalibrary.org/about-us/locations-hours. Here are baby storytimes for February (in searching the event calendar, you can limit by age group in the filters at the top of the calendar): http://omahalibrary.evanced.info/signup/eventcalendar.aspx?df=calendar

I hope this helps!
